KAAN
Korean American Adoptee Adoptive Family Network
Founded in 1998, KAAN is an all-volunteer organization that is a special project under The Foundation for Enhancing Communities, fiscal sponsor. Their mission is to improve the lives of Korean-born adoptees by connecting the community and providing opportunities for dialogue, education, and support.

AdopteeBridge
AdopteeBridge was incorporated in September 2017. It was formed to deliver education, resources, and services to the community (both individuals and organizations) related to the topics of transnational and transracial adoption. Our organization was formed by adoptees as a direct response to the large number of transnational and transracial adoptees living in Minnesota and the United States. We offer positive, support services to these adoptees empowering them to have a better understanding of their identity, birthland, and adoption story.
We understand adoption is a lifelong journey and support should be available to all adoptees and adoptive families, even after the adoption process. We are dedicated to providing quality post-adoption support services to the entire adoption community.

AdopteeHub
Our mission is to connect, collaborate, and preserve adoption legacies through community, culture, and post-adoption services. Adoptees deserve the opportunity to know their history, have a sense of belonging, experience their birth culture, and have access to services in a supportive safe space throughout their adoption journey.

Me & Korea
Me & Korea was established to create a bridge between the Korean community and Korean adoptees. They foster cultural unity, and provide opportunities and assistance to learn about Korean culture and history, along with each adoptees’ unique family heritage and background. They also aim to help the Korean community understand the uniqueness of the adoptee experience, and embrace each adoptee as Korean.
